Photography
Once you schedule an onsite visit with one of our professional photographers. Each space is shot using high end camera equipment and some of the best lenses on the market. Supplemental flash lighting and HDR technology are used to provide you with High Resolution detail rich images. During the Post Processing phase, Professional Retouching which includes Color, Exposure, and Lens Correction, are applied. Additional retouching services available.
Stock Images
Let us know what you need and if we don’t have it in our archives, we can go and get it. We will procure images of any subject such as neighborhoods, buildings, people, or objects then license them to you for your marketing needs. Available on a per project basis.
3D Interactive Walkthrough
Onsite visit with one of our professional photographers. Using an Advanced spherical camera, combined with state of the art software, we scan your space and convert it into an interactive 3D model that the viewers can immerse themselves in. It is the one of the most accurate tools available for viewers to get a good idea of the space that they are walking into. It is literally the next best thing to being there. Video of guided walkthrough tour included with order.
Video Tours
Available in lengths 30 seconds and up. We will produce a video for you of any space. Prices vary depending on length.
Graphic Design
Let us know what you need and we will have one of our designers contact you to give you a quote on your project. Typical projects include, E-Listings, Post Cards, Show Sheets.
Floorplans
We will go out to the property and measure the space for you providing you with the meaurements of the space. Or, you provide us with an existing floorplan that needs to be cleaned up
Virtual Staging
We take an image of an empty space and digitally insert furniture into it to help the viewer visualize the space at it’s maximum potential.
